Alternative Investment Funds Management

The Company holds essential regulatory authorizations to function as an AIFM across prominent asset classes, with a particular focus on liquid hedge fund strategies. This permits us to offer comprehensive risk and portfolio management services for alternative investment funds. Currently, we manage two registered alternative investment funds, with approximately $60 million in total assets under our management.

Portfolio Management

FinYX Cyprus Investments Ltd provides comprehensive Portfolio Management services for collective investment funds under article 6 (5)(a) of the AIFM law 2013, and discretionary portfolio management services on a client-by-client basis under article 6 (6)(a) of the AIFM law 2013. Our team reviews investment proposals and ensures continuous monitoring of the investment portfolio.

Risk Management

We conduct thorough assessments of both quantitative and qualitative risk factors, and regularly perform liquidity analyses and stress tests on the AIFs within our management portfolio.
